Sairaab Today’s Episode 27th August 2026 Written Update: Nayanika Leaves the Basu House as Pregnancy Changes Everything
The episode begins with Ujjaini once again confronting Nayanika about her relationship with Ishaan. She questions how Angana could have entered their lives if there had been nothing wrong between Nayanika and Ishaan.

Ujjaini says that Nayanika may be correct, but she is still part of the same society.

He tells Ujjaini that he does not like the way she behaves with Nayanika and admits that her actions have changed the way he sees their relationship.
He suggests that they should stay away from each other for a few days.
Ujjaini is hurt by his decision and feels that Shisho is also trying to remove her from his life.
Nayanika receives a pregnancy confirmation
Meanwhile, Nayanika reaches the hospital and meets the doctor.
She reveals that she strongly suspects she is pregnant.
Nayanika explains that she took a pregnancy test at home and received a positive result.
The doctor also mentions that she is aware of the rumours surrounding Nayanika.
Nayanika remains determined to know the truth.
She tells the doctor that if her pregnancy is confirmed, she will go directly to Ishaan and tell him everything.
