The episode of Dr. Aarambhi begins with Aarambhi standing before the Ganesh idol and making up her mind about the difficult phase ahead. She accepts that her divorce from Vishwas is moving forward, but she decides that she is no longer going to let others control her choices.
Manmeet Stands Fearlessly Before a Mafia Don
Meanwhile, Neo Pulse Hospital receives an unusual and dangerous patient.
A mafia don arrives after suffering a gunshot injury. His armed men surround him and object when Manmeet attempts to treat him because their boss does not want a woman doctor handling his treatment.
Manmeet refuses to be intimidated.
She firmly tells Raj that she is the senior doctor and takes responsibility for treating the patient herself. Her confidence surprises everyone as she refuses to step aside despite the threatening situation.
Raj is impressed by her courage.
However, her fearless attitude also makes him wonder about something else. If Manmeet can confidently face armed men, why does she remain quiet when Sunny mistreats her?

Balbir continues discussing Vishwas with Manju and complains that Vishwas has not apologized despite his mistakes.
