The latest episode of Seher Hone Ko Hai brings Mahid and Seher closer to taking the next step in their relationship. While the couple prepares for their engagement, rumours about Seher’s intentions and unresolved family matters continue to create tension.
Mahid Waits for Seher’s Answer
The episode begins with Mahid feeling nervous about Seher’s reaction to his proposal. He worries that she may refuse to have a formal engagement with him. Despite his doubts, Mahid remains hopeful and seeks blessings as he prepares for a fresh beginning with Seher.
Meanwhile, Seher arrives home while thinking about Mahid and his proposal. Before she can enter, Nazima stops her.
Seher notices that Nazima has suffered an injury and immediately checks the wound. She tells Nazima that it is serious and assures her that she will continue supporting her.
Nazima feels guilty about the problems she has caused Seher in the past. She then wishes Seher happiness as she prepares to begin a new chapter in her life.
Later, Nazima meets the servant Razeeda and tells her that Seher is genuinely good-hearted. She urges Razeeda to tell Seher the truth because Seher is already trying to uncover what really happened.
However, Nazima does not realise that someone has noticed her presence at the hospital and passes the information on.
Mahid Seeks His Mother’s Blessings
Mahid later visits his mother’s grave.
He emotionally admits that he is afraid to become happy. Whenever he feels that life is finally giving him something good, he feels that happiness is taken away from him.
Mahid asks his mother and God to protect the happiness he has finally found with Seher.
At that moment, flower petals fall onto his hand.
Mahid takes this as a positive sign. He tells his mother that he plans to give Seher the ring she once gave him and asks for her blessings.
He then makes an emotional promise that when he visits the grave next time, he will bring Seher with him and return with a smile rather than sadness.
Seher Keeps Mahid Guessing
The following day, Seher gets ready for the engagement.
Amal notices that Seher had not met Mahid earlier and asks why she did not simply tell him whether she had accepted his proposal.
Seher playfully says that Mahid can remain curious for a little longer.
She then reveals that she has to get ready for the engagement.
Mahid, meanwhile, meets Maulana, who tells him about the rumours spreading around them. Some people are claiming that Seher is interested in Mahid because of his property.
Mahid immediately rejects the allegation.
He reminds Maulana that Seher built her career as a doctor through her own hard work. He also points out that if money and luxury were really her priorities, she would not have walked away from him seven years earlier.
Still, Mahid admits that it hurts him to hear people constantly discussing their relationship.
After Maulana leaves, Mahid continues thinking about how difficult it has been to change people’s opinions about him and Seher.
Amal Notices Their Growing Bond
Later, Mahid meets Amal at her house. She asks whether he has heard the latest rumours.
Mahid confirms that he has and asks Amal if she has also heard them.
Soon afterward, Mahid sees Seher before she has completely finished getting ready.
Seher immediately asks him to leave and says he should not see her like this.
Mahid finds her reaction amusing. He reminds her that he has already seen her in every possible mood—angry, emotional, happy and upset.
He therefore cannot understand why she is suddenly stopping him from seeing her.
Seher insists that he can look at her once she is properly ready.
Amal observes the exchange and jokingly feels that Mahid has started flirting with Seher. She decides to give them some privacy and walks away.
Mahid makes one more playful remark before turning to leave.
But Seher suddenly stops him.
Mahid turns back and says that since she has stopped him, he now has to look at her.
Seher quickly changes her mind and lets him go.
The episode closes on a light-hearted moment between Mahid and Seher. While their relationship appears to be moving toward engagement, rumours and several unanswered questions continue to surround them.
